Festival

  • Vans Warped Tour takes place at Parc Jean-Drapeau, located on Saint Helen's Island, close to downtown Montreal. The yellow line of the STM's metro system, that you can take from the Berri-UQAM station, will lead you to the Jean-Drapeau station, right next to the site of the festival.

  • You can get to Parc Jean-Drapeau by car, bike, ferry, bus, metro or on foot. We recommend taking the yellow line of the STM's metro system from the Berri-UQAM station to the Jean-Drapeau station, which is right next to the festival site.

  • We encourage you to come to the festival by bike, a fast, efficient and environmentally-friendly way to get around! Upon arrival at the site, you will find a designated parking space to lock your bike.

  • With the Jean-Drapeau métro station on line 4 – Yellow located near the festival, the métro is the best means of transportation to get to Warped Tour Montreal.

  • You must present identification to enter the festival and/or buy alcohol. See the complete list of acceptable and unacceptable forms of ID.

  • Security will accept expired ID cards ONLY if accompanied by DMV renewal documentation. If your ID was lost or stolen, you must bring a government-issued interim license or passport.

  • Consular IDs are not considered acceptable identification. Foreign government-issued driver’s licenses are acceptable with a photocopy of a passport. A foreign government-issued passport will work on its own.

  • Hate waiting? Bring canned food per day to receive a skip-the-line wristband. All canned food will be donated to Feed Our Children.

  • No. Different bands play each day.

  • Some bands are playing all 3 cities, some are playing 2 and some can only make 1. We put together the best possible lineups in each market to deliver a great experience!

  • Yes. We will have professional and amateur athletes on the Vans Vert Ramp.

  • Yes. We will have a whole section of the festival dedicated to non-profit organizations and charities that give back and support your local communities.

  • Yes. Artist Alley is where bands will set up their tents and sell their own merch. Some may do Meet & Greets at their tents too!

  • Yes. The event is an All Ages event However, we recommend all minors attend with an adult chaperone.

  • Children under 7 are admitted free with a parent that has a pass.

  • Main Medical will have an allocated area for new moms to breastfeed and/or pump.

Festival FAQ

  • Yes, Vans Warped Tour is an all-ages event.

  • You can get to Parc Jean-Drapeau by car, bike, ferry, bus, metro or on foot. We recommend taking the yellow line of the STM's metro system from the Berri-UQAM station to the Jean-Drapeau station, which is right next to the festival site.

  • Doors open at 11 a.m. / Shows start at 12 p.m.

  • The legal drinking age in Quebec is 18. Please have two valid photo IDs if you wish to consume alcoholic beverages at the venue and consume responsibly.

  • Yes, the site opens at 11 a.m. and closes at 11 p.m. There is no re-entry.

  • Amex® Exclusive Entrance

    Are you an American Express Cardmember and want to enter the site faster? Amex is offering you an exclusive entrance, so you don't miss a thing. Present your American Express Card with your festival tickets on the day of the festival to access the Amex Entrance with three (3) guests.

  • No. Set times can only be found in-person at the inflatable on-site. Note: The lineup is subject to change.

  • Yes. Maps showing stage locations, food, bathrooms, etc. will be available prior to the event on this site and the Vans Warped Tour app.

  • No, ins-and-outs are not allowed.

  • Some bands are playing all cities, some are playing all cities and some can only make 1. We put together the best possible lineups in each market to deliver a great experience!

  • No. Different bands play each day.

  • Children aged 10 years old and under are admitted for free in the General Admission section when accompanied by an adult with a valid event ticket. From 11 years old and over, they must have a valid ticket to enter.


    Due to the limited space available in the premium spaces, each person admitted to these sections will need to have a corresponding premium ticket, including children.

  • Do not hang posters or hand out flyers inside the festival or in the surrounding neighborhood. Anyone violating this policy will be banned from promoting at our events.

  • Yes, you can locate our lost and found kiosk on site (see map).

    If you have lost an item and have left the site, you can contact info@evenko.ca to verify if you item was found.

  • Professional photographers must obtain a photo pass using our press submission form. Do not email your request.
     

    Without a photo pass professional cameras (without detachable lenses or with a lens of 2.5 inches or more), video cameras and other accessories (monopods, selfie sticks, tripods, GoPro mounts and other accessories) are not allowed.

  • The following items are PERMITTED :

     

    • CLEAR/TRANSPARENT bags, handbags and backpacks : dimensions that do not exceed 30cm x 30cm x 23cm (or 12" x 12" x 9") (clear plastic, clear vinyl, or clear PVC bags) 

    • NON-CLEAR small bags, handbags and fanny packs : dimensions that do not exceed 23cm x 15cm x 10cm (9'' x 6'' x 4'') 

    • Hydration packs, provided they are NOT backpacks, are permitted as long as they are empty upon entry

    • Reusable water bottles, must be EMPTY at the entrance

    • Sunscreen in liquid or stick form, in containers of 100ml/3.4 oz. or less. NO AEROSOL. 

    • Baby strollers

    • Binoculars

    • Non-profesionnal cameras : no detachable lenses, lens of less than 2.5 in. (Please note video cameras, monopods, selfie sticks, tripods, GoPro mounts and other accessories are not allowed).

    • Factory-sealed Naloxone/Narcan kit

    • Prescription drug requirements: Anyone requiring prescription medication at the festival must present the pharmacy-labelled container, showing prescription, dosage and patient name to our medical staff at the gate. Visitors are allowed only enough prescription medication for the day. Medication to be inhaled or smoked is prohibited, unless contained in a prescribed inhaler. Over-the-counter medicines are permitted in quantities sufficient for the day. The contents of bottles will be checked by staff at the entrance gates.

  • The following items are FORBIDDEN:
     

    • Camping backpacks. Bags larger than the maximal dimensions allowed (see bag policy in the next section).

    • All aerosol containers; including sunscreens and cosmetics. NOTE: Sunscreens in non-aerosol containers are permitted if they do not exceed 100ml/3.4 ounces.

    • Coolers of any kind (exceptions may be made for medical use).

    • Backpacks or bags not aligned with our bag policy. (See full bag policy below).

    • Any professional recording equipment (audio and video)

    • Cameras with detachable lenses or objective of 2.5in or more.

    • Speakers, musical instruments

    • Professional cameras and professional recording equipment (photo, video, audio) (INCLUDING large detachable professional zoom lenses, stands, monopods, tripods, selfie sticks or other commercial equipment).

    • Drones or any other remote-controlled flying device.

    • Hammocks

    • Helmets

    • Glass containers of any kind

    • Illegal or illicit substances of any kind

    • Outside food or drink (including alcohol) of any kind whatsoever

    • Parasols

    • Pets (except for service animals duly identified by harness and certificate)

    • Selfie sticks

    • Skateboards, scooters, bicycles, carts or any other personal motorized vehicle

    • Tents, awnings, or shade structures of any kind

    • Totems, flags or flagpoles.

    • Unlicensed or unauthorized vendors are not permitted. No unauthorized solicitations or materials, including flyers, stickers, beach balls, giveaways, samples, etc., are not permitted.

    • Weapons or explosives of any kind

    • Fireworks

    • Large chains or jewelry with spikes

    • Carts of any kind

    • Chairs of any kind

    • Frisbees

    • And any other object that can be thrown and/or be dangerous.

  • To speed up entry to the site and to promote the safety of employees, artists, and spectators, the size and type of bags allowed on site are limited. In addition, we strongly encourage the use of TRANSPARENT bags. The items listed below are permitted :

    • CLEAR/TRANSPARENT bags, handbags and backpacks : dimensions that do not exceed 30cm x 30cm x 23cm (or 12" x 12" x 9") (clear plastic, clear vinyl, or clear PVC bags) 

    • NON-CLEAR small bags, handbags and fanny packs : dimensions that do not exceed 23cm x 15cm x 10cm (9'' x 6'' x 4'') 

    • Hydration packs, provided they are NOT backpacks, are permitted as long as they are empty upon entry 

    • Exceptions will be made on a case-by-case basis for items required for medical reasons after proper inspection.

Ticketing

  • Credit and debit cards are accepted.

  • The Vans Warped Tour is a mobile-only event. You can access your mobile tickets upon purchase through your Ticketmaster account.

  • Passes are limited to four (4) per person.

  • No. However, you can select the option Klarna when you checkout. An option of 4 payments every 2 weeks will be offered to you. Follow the steps to create your customer account and Klarna will automatically charge the payment on your credit card.

  • You should receive a confirmation email within moments of purchase. If you do not (be sure to check your spam folder), please contact TicketMaster

  • The best way to avoid ticket fraud is to buy directly from Ticketmaster. DO NOT purchase from scalpers. If you arrive at the venue with an illegitimate pass, you will be turned away, and no refund will be provided.

  • Yes. Log into your ticketmaster account, go to Tickets, select the event and select 'Transfer'. Enter the information of the person you want to transfer the tickets to, and the person will receive an email notifying them of the transfer, with a link to accept the tickets in their Ticketmaster account.

  • No. A 2-day pass is good for only one scan per day.

  • No. However, you can select the option Klarna when you checkout. An option of 4 payments every 2 weeks will be offered to you. Follow the steps to create your customer account and Klarna will automatically charge the payment on your credit card.

ACCESSIBILITY

  • We are committed to providing an exceptional experience for guests with reduced mobility and those with functional limitations. To enhance accessibility, several measures have been implemented on site, including:

    • Viewing platforms for guests with reduced mobility and their companions, located in front of the stage

    • Clear signage on the site map highlighting accessible areas and services

    • Adapted facilities (accessible washrooms, picnic tables, access ramps)

    • An information kiosk to better assist guests with reduced mobility

  • When purchasing tickets for yourself and your companion, you may indicate that you require reduced-mobility access, which will help facilitate assistance on site.

  • Service animals (with valid assistance certification) are permitted to accompany guests.

  • For accessible parking, we recommend using P9 and P10, which are closest to the Aquatic Complex and the site entrance.

  • Upon arrival, you have two options:


    Proceed directly to the Premium Terrace entrance, where identifiable wristbands will be provided for you and your companion to access the reduced-mobility viewing platform;


    Visit the Customer Experience Kiosk near the main entrance, where staff can provide information about the site map and available services and direct you to the platforms.


    Please note that a concierge service is available for the purchase of select items for festival-goers, such as sunscreen and earplugs. Lockers are also available on site.

  • Accessible washrooms are available throughout the site and are clearly identified with dedicated signage.

  • STM adapted transit may drop off and pick up guests at the bus station on McDonald Road. Private adapted transportation services may drop off and pick up guests near the Aquatic Complex.

    Please note that it is your responsibility to arrange your transportation.

  • Some pathways are not accessible to guests with reduced mobility; however, alternative service roads are available to facilitate movement throughout the site. If needed, on-site staff will be available to assist and guide you.
